Recently, Matt Adam Development announced the opening of its newest phase of “Manor” lots within the Mills Farm sub-division in Southern Overland Park. This new phase consists of 17 large lots along Quivira Road just south of 159th Street. Many of these beautiful lots back to green space and a few back to Mills Farm Lake. These lots are already available for customers to reserve so if your interested this would be a good time to reserve one.

When we decided to build a house, our goal was to find a builder who balanced quality and cost. Additionally, we wanted a builder who was flexible but held the subcontractors to the same level of quality. We love our new Covenant Home. The attention to detail and craftmanship is outstanding. Michael, John and Ray were all incredible to work with and always available for any question. From the very beginning of the process to the day we moved in they were with us the entire way. John helped us pick lighting, fixtures, colors, etc. that were not only cost effective but look beautiful. Michael was our main contact and made sure every commitment was met. Ray was our on-sight coordinator and also assured my wife’s questions and concerns were addressed. The team is awesome. There are three other non-Convenant homes being built right next to ours and we came by every day to look at the progress; most days our home had 5 to 10 people working while the other three were left with 1 or 2. Two of the three other homes started months before ours but we were the first to move in. They hire the best and that’s the difference.

Coreen and I relocated from Buckeye AZ to Olate KS. Coreen discovered a new subdivision called The Willows. She found a home that was started and met with the builder Michael Menghini of Covenant Custom homes. He gave her a tour of the home as it was being built. We contracted Michael to complete our home. He was very attentive to our needs.
With his team, he made building a home in KS while living in AZ very workable.
Our realtor was amazed that the builder (Michael) actually followed up and interacted with the clients.
