John currently serves as Chairman of Covenant Homes and is one of the company’s founders. Prior to founding Covenant Homes, John served as Chairman of Veritas Partners, a management company that owned and operated several businesses across a range of industries. Before that, John spent 23 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gear for Sports, a $200 million athletic apparel company located in Kansas City. John is also an owner in Terra Fina Properties which has successfully developed numerous residential communities throughout Johnson County since 1997. As Chairman of Covenant Homes, he lends strategic guidance to the management team and leads the firm on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. John attended Hofstra University in New York and received a degree in Business in 1972.

Michael currently serves as General Manager and is responsible for both the Speculative Home Division and Build Job Division of Covenant Homes. He is also a partner in the company. Michael oversees the design and construction of all speculative homes both in Kansas City and at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton in 2002.
